I am enjoying my own creation: Plum Blossom of Canton. It has Domaine Canton ginger liqueur, slices of fresh plum, and extra dry champagne, over crushed ice. Sante!
This evening's cocktail is a rum sour of my own devising. I used Bacardi Dragonberry light rum, Meyers dark rum, tonic water, and a twist of fresh key lime! Over ice, it's delightful! Sante!
