This cocktail was my own invention, several nights ago. It had Bacardi light rum, coconut cream, coconut water, and a splash of sparkling water, over ice. Salut!
This evening's cocktail is a rum sour of my own devising. I used Bacardi Dragonberry light rum, Meyers dark rum, tonic water, and a twist of fresh key lime! Over ice, it's delightful! Sante!
