Homemade Spiced Apricot Wine

 Earlier today, I started a small batch of Spiced Apricot Wine. I am interested in learning to make a drier fruit wine that is less sweet. 

2 very ripe apricots, sliced

Sugar

Water

Ground spices: Cloves, Cinnamon, and Allspice

Covered the bowl with cheesecloth to start fermenting. Stir daily.
