  Spiced Havana cocktail A version of the celebrated Cuba Lubre, mine has Captain Morgan's spiced rum, a splash of Bacardi light rum, cola, and a wedge of fresh lime!

  On a recent evening, I enjoyed a cocktail of my own devising, which I named the Sunset Santiago. I used Bacardi light rum, coconut cream, coconut water, a maraschino cherry, and ice.  Wonderful! 

 Earlier today, I started a small batch of Spiced Apricot Wine. I am interested in learning to make a drier fruit wine that is less sweet.  2 very ripe apricots, sliced Sugar Water Ground spices: Cloves, Cinnamon, and Allspice Covered the bowl with cheesecloth to start fermenting. Stir daily.
