Whisky Sour chez Camille

Just stirred up my own version of a Whisky Sour (also referred to as an Old Fashioned). I made fresh lemon sour out of lemon juice, sugar, and water, then added a maraschino cherry and a twist of lemon rind. Next, I added crushed ice, and lastly, a jigger of Canadian Club blended whisky. I chose this cocktail on Father's Day, because my Dad preferred either Scotch, or Canadian blended whisky. He drank it with soda water; his daughter makes whisky sours. Salut!

Bacardi Rum Sour

This evening's cocktail is a rum sour. Bacardi light rum, freshly made lemon sour, lemon twist, and maraschino cherry over crushed ice, with a splash of Bacardi Spiced rum. Sante!

Plum Blossom of Canton

I am enjoying my own creation: Plum Blossom of Canton. It has Domaine Canton ginger liqueur, slices of fresh plum, and extra dry champagne, over crushed ice. Sante! 

Daiquiri made with Bacardi Anejo

I am enjoying a homemade Daiquiri, made with organic lime juice, and Bacardi Anejo. It's wonderful! Very happy that I treated myself to some Anejo! 

Opening Day Special

I wanted to share a cocktail that I created in honor of opening my new space yesterday at The Thomasville Emporium here in Thomasville!  It has fresh lime sour, a maraschino cherry, a lime twist, and Smirnoff's Peppermint Twist vodka in it! To be enjoyed over crushed ice!
