Homemade Spiced Apricot Wine
Earlier today, I started a small batch of Spiced Apricot Wine. I am interested in learning to make a drier fruit wine that is less sweet. 2 very ripe apricots, sliced Sugar Water Ground spices: Cloves, Cinnamon, and Allspice Covered the bowl with cheesecloth to start fermenting. Stir daily.

Home!made Lemoncello
Approximately a week and a half ago, I started a small batch of lemon cello in a small glass carafe. I used simple ingredients: a very small amount of vodka, lemon juice, sugar, and water. I remove the cheesecloth covering every day to stir it.
