I used Seagrams Gin, tonic water, added a squeeze each of both fresh lime and fresh lemon juice, a lemon peel twist, a lime peel twist, and ice. Sante!
Approximately a week and a half ago, I started a small batch of plum wine. The ingredients were simple: two over ripe red plums, sugar, and water, mixed together and now fermenting in a small glass carafe. I remove the cheesecloth covering every day and stir it.
Made a lime juice and sugar sour mix, added a lime peel and a maraschino cherry and some crushed ice, along with a liberal portion of Bacardi light rum.....the perfect daiquiri! Enjoy!
